Shipping policy

We carefully pack all plants to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Orders are dispatched Mondays and Tuesdays.

Shipping is via Aramex, with Priority and Economy shipping options available for your delivery address. For the quickest delivery, we recommend selecting Aramex Priority at checkout.

Shipping rates shown at checkout are based on one box containing up to 50 plants.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Delays by the courier are outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by an incorrect delivery address.

We do not send to PO Boxes.

We reserve the right to delay shipping during periods of extreme weather to help ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition. You will be notified if this is the case.

We currently send within Australia only, to New South Wales, ACT, Queensland and Victoria.

We do NOT SEND to Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia or Northern Territory.
